This blog started with the uber-aggressive Israeli attacks on Gaza in January 2009. I now intend to make it a platform for exposing the lies, oppression and aggression that are inflicted upon the Muslim world with impunity. Israel Launches Ground Assault on Gaza
We knew it was coming and now it’s happening. First, let’s take a look back at who started all this. Israel keeps screaming that Hamas broke the ceasefire. Here’s the truth:
On Twitter strange things are happening. It is becoming possible to see clearly where people’s affiliations are. There seems to be a huge swathe of misguided Christians supporting Zionist aims. They obviously don’t realize they’ve been manipulated by the Zionist propaganda machine. Poor things.
There is a lot more to be said here, but I’m tired now and will probably fill in details over the next few days.
At the moment in Gaza there is:
-
No food
No water
No electricity
No medical supplies
No communication
But what they do have is:
-
Faith
Spiritual strength (whether Christian or Muslim)
Massive support throughout the world
The knowledge that they are in the right, and not in the wrong like the Israeli murderers
Let’s Get This Straight:
Just in case you fall for the rumor that we’re peddling racism here, I want to make it quite clear that what we are against is Zionism in all its nuances. We have many Jewish and Christian friends working with us in our efforts to stop the killing in Gaza, and we are proud to work with them.
And for the record, here’s Cynthia McKinney busting a few more myths about the nobility of the Israeli navy:
The World Rises Up in Protest at Israel’s Gaza Massacre
A wave of massive demonstrations has swept the world since last Saturday when Israel began mercilessly pounding Gaza, killing over 430 people so far.
Protesters everywhere are proclaiming their readiness to go and fight in defense of Palestine. Turkey, Jordan, Syria, Pakistan, Morocco, too many countries to name. Today, Friday, has seen particularly passionate rallies and demonstrations. Here in Jordan tear gas has been fired to contain crowds, especially in the area around the Israeli embassy.
Bush so far has ‘refrained from commenting publically.’ What a poodle. He’s just proving that the President of the United States is an Israeli poodle. Wonder what they have on him?
Strange, that a plan to ‘bring peace’ to Israel should have this effect. Either Israel has appalling policies, or they have an alternative agenda.
January 2, 2009–Gaza Buries More Innocents…
You would think that if it was a sane world the powers-that-be would have brought pressure to bear by now to stop the massacre of defenseless civilians in Gaza. But no. It continues with impunity. We are all to blame. We each share a portion of the blame for not doing everything in our power to stop it. Until it IS stopped, we are all not doing enough even if we’re not sleeping nights.
Every Child Has a Right to Live in Peace & Security
I cannot believe that so many people are subscribing to the Israeli concept that small children are ‘terrrorists.’ What is the matter with everyone? I have seen more than one comparison between what the Israelis are doing now and what the Nazis did to the Jews and other minority groups during WWII. People wondered at the time how Hitler got people to do such terrible things. Whatever his secret was, I feel that the Knesset is in on it. They seem to be having the same blind success. Anyone with a conscience and a brain to think with must surely see that a child cannot possibly be held accountable for any wrongdoing–especially if it’s imaginary.
The facts are that the Palestinian nation has been robbed of its land, rights, and now even right to live. Act now before it’s too late and before this madness spreads.
In response to Israeli aggression…

… I am starting a new blog about Palestine, and about Gaza in particular. It will take me a few days to get everything flowing smoothly. Meanwhile, please follow me on Twitter/tweetsfromgaza to get news that, while it may not be without passion, is certainly truthful.
If you are in support of the Israeli bombardment of Gaza, just ask yourself a question: If you can’t be true to yourself, then who can you be true to?
